You're FIRED!

Something to know about Lexie:

After her car accident, we were at the Pediatric Neurologist's office. He was the only one in town. He sat on his doctor stool and told us all the things Lexie would never be able to do because of the injury sustained in the accident.

She looked at me and asked if a doctor could be fired. I said, yes, why? She looked at the doctor and said, You're FIRED. If you don't believe in me getting better, why would I want you as my doctor?!

We then drove to Lucille Packard for treatment, in the following months, and even year, and she did everything that idiot doctor told her she would never do. Apparently, that doctor had never been warned about the spunky girl that wouldn't take no for an answer.

Please always remember the spunk that made her who she was.
